Tongbu Wellness Center was born through my healing journey that required synchronicity between several healing modalities. The name Tongbu, which means "walk with me" in Mandarin, was inspired by my experience. At Tongbu Wellness Center, our clients get the best of many healing paths under one roof.

Heather Heselton is a psychic medium, life coach, and spiritual teacher who helps people see life’s situations from a bigger perspective. Since childhood, she’s been highly sensitive to energy in the physical and spiritual realms, giving her the ability to communicate with the other side. She helps her clients get unstuck by connecting the dots of their reality to finally feel relief, comfort, closure, and forgiveness.

I love massage work because it helps people relax and restore energy from daily stress, chronic pain, headache relief, or just for relaxation and promoting better circulation. I use several modalities throughout the massage along with intuition to tailor the session based on the individual needs of each client.

I use my mediumship to tap into what's going on in a person's life on a spiritual level. This allows me to see things that may need healing and further help the process along. I can tap into the root of what is causing pain or anguish, whether it is happening currently, or whether it is residual from a loved one passing or traumatic experience. 

"I've been working professionally in the massage therapy field full-time since 2001, teaching and writing MT courses since 2006. I'm certified in both Orthopedic Massage and Clinical Rehabilitative Massage. My experience has led me through working with chiropractic offices, hotel and boutique spas, corporate massage, a climbing gym wellness center, private practice, two massage schools, and an acupuncture college. Of the last several years, my focus has been exclusively with the orthopedic world, working in multiple physical therapy clinics and an integrative health wellness center. 

Dr. Teel graduated from Cal Poly in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then continued on to Los Angeles College of Chiropractic where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1990. He previously practiced in Southern California and Santa Rosa before settling in Marin in 1993. Since then he has raised three children with his wife in Novato and enjoys hiking Mt. Burdell with his dog. 

I have worked as a psychologist for many years with individuals, couples, teens, and families in the schools and in private practice. My licenses include: Educational Psychologist, Cognitive Behavior Therapist and Master Addictions Counselor. I am also a Life and Relationship Coach and have worked with small corporations focusing on team building.
